Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

• Account data — your email address and hashed authentication credentials, stored with our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Subscription data — your plan tier and, for Pro subscribers, billing identifiers from our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details; payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Usage data — the tickers you view or add to your watchlist, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requested pages) used for security and rate limiting.

2. How We Use It

To provide and secure the Service, personalize your dashboard and watchlist, process subscription payments, enforce rate limits, and communicate essential account information (e.g. password resets). We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Service Providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and account database (hosted in the United States).
• Stripe — subscription payments and billing.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: an authentication session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. invoices held by Stripe).

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider and are never visible to us. Database access is protected by row-level security so accounts can only read their own data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
