Refund Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Manage Billing page. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Your account then returns to the free tier — it is not deleted.
Refunds
- First subscription payment: if the Service does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
- Renewal payments: renewals are generally non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error (for example after cancelling), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
- Extended outages: if the Service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period during your billing cycle, contact us and we will offer a pro-rated refund or credit.
How to Request
Email techlead@aifinsentiment.com from your account email with the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
