1. The Service
AiFinSentiment ("the Service", "we", "us") provides AI-assisted sentiment analysis of publicly available financial news for S&P 500 companies, including news aggregation, sentiment scores, and historical sentiment trends.
2. Not Financial Advice
The Service provides automated, statistical analysis of news sentiment for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Sentiment scores are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service (including automated scraping or attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls).
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the Manage Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute the Service's data without written permission; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service by automated means other than the provided interface; (c) interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or (d) use the Service in violation of applicable law.
6. Third-Party Content
News headlines and links are aggregated from third-party sources and belong to their respective publishers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.
8. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
